What is a Sub-processor?

A sub-processor is a third party service provider who have, or potentially will have, access to or process personal data that Kapwing processes for Kapwing Users.

Before engaging any service provider, including the sub-processors, Kapwing performs due diligence to assess vendor security. The service providers and sub-processors we engage with are subject to terms that are designed to ensure that these service providers process personal data only for the purposes of providing services to Kapwing, and in accordance to our commitment to Kapwing users and the applicable data protection laws.
