New Features ✨
Translate Audio
Reach a global audience by translating the audio of your videos in just a few clicks. Localize your content into multiple languages by uploading your video, going to the Subtitles tab, choosing a language to translate to, then auto-generating those translated subtitles. From there, click the "Voice Dubbing" icon above the subtitles on the left side to dub the voiceover.
Teleprompter
Record with confidence using the new teleprompter in Kapwing. Come off as professional and well-spoken without needing to memorize scripts. Editing your footage also becomes easier when you record fewer bad takes in the first place. Head to the Record tab and open the teleprompter in the camera or audio recording tool to try it out.
Bug Fixes & Improvements 🛠
- Individual placement for subtitles – Want one subtitle to be at a different height than the others? You can now move individual subtitles anywhere on the canvas! Simply double click the subtitle layer on the video, then drag it to where you want it to be. The other subtitles will remain in the original spot.
- Easily replace B-roll in AI generated videos – Switch out assets from AI generated videos in just a few clicks. After the video is generated, right click on one of the B-roll assets in the timeline, then choose a different image or video to use.
Pricing Changes 💳
- New Business Plan – we added the Business Plan as a subscription option for individuals and teams. The Business Plan is a tier above the Pro Plan and has more subtitle minutes, translation minutes, and AI uses. Learn more on our pricing page.
